CCH where the appointed architects for the design of the clubhouse for the jack Nicklaus golf course at mount Juliet. Initially a location for the clubhouse had not been determined.
Following some initial studies CCH proposed using the original stable block, which was constructed around a courtyard. The horses had been stabled on the ground floor with the jockeys’ accommodation over.
CCH deigned into the existing building, a restaurant, bar, kitchens, golf shop, changing rooms, bedroom wing on the ground floor, with conference/function rooms, bedroom wing and a swimming pool on the upper level.
An enclosed veranda was added at a later date.
