Mount Juliet House

CCH have been the appointed architects on several conservation projects over the years on Mount Juliet House, a Protected Structure, which was converted to a 32-bedroom 5-star hotel in 1990 in Kilkenny.

The initial project was the repainting and refurbishment of the classic interiors, reception rooms, as well as some bedrooms and some works to the external.

CCH also examined ways to extend the original building by adding a wing to provide additional bedroom accommodation and another proposal to provide an Orangery to provide accommodation for larger weddings.

All this work maintained the integrity and features of the existing historic building.
